Nonica Guarantee

At Nonica, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our warranty and returns policy ensures that if anything isn't quite right, we're here to help.


Smart Mist Diffuser Warranty

All Nonica Smart Mist diffusers come with a 2-month warranty from the date of purchase. If your diffuser develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

What’s Covered?

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Operational faults that occur under normal use conditions.

What’s Not Covered?

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or modifications.

  • General wear and tear.

  • Issues caused by using non-Nonica Boost Pods or accessories.

  • Damage resulting from improper charging or liquid exposure beyond intended use.

If you experience an issue with your Smart Mist diffuser, please contact our support team with your order details, proof of purchase, and a description of the fault.


Boost Pods Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) Policy

Our Boost Pods are covered by our Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) policy. If a Boost Pod does not function as expected upon delivery, we will replace it free of charge.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

  • The pod must be unused beyond initial testing.

  • You must provide your order number and a description of the issue.


14-Day ‘No Quibble’ Guarantee

If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened products under our ‘No Quibble’ Guarantee.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • The Smart Mist diffuser or Boost Pods must be unopened and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened diffusers or Boost Pods, unless they are faulty and covered under warranty.


How to Request a Warranty Claim or Return

If you need to make a warranty claim or return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at hello@wearenonica.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.

  2. Customers will need to organise and return the product via their local post office.

  3. Upon receipt of the product at our packhouse, and after verifying that it meets the expected condition depending on the issue, a credit will be applied to the customer account.

  4. If eligible, we will provide return instructions and issue a prepaid return label if applicable.

  5. Once received and inspected, we will process a replacement or refund where applicable.


Additional Information

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Returns or warranty claims that do not meet the conditions outlined above may be rejected.

  • Nonica reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
