Fab customer service
I had a problem with my first set, which customer service very kindly sorted it out and replaced. I’m doing well using it and enjoy the mint, blush and berry. Mango and watermelon are too sweet for my taste. I’ve cut down on my cigarettes by two thirds, and getting less all the time. Thank you Nonica!

I'm Impressed
I must say I'm quite impressed with this new product. I've tried many others, including the leading brand Cripple! (I actually binned that one, wasn't for me). The device is adequate and does the job, I would think I'll probably need a replacement one every 4-6 weeks due to the nature of my job. A little suggestion from me would be to have a square mouthpiece that could possibly be clipped over the round pod, just my preference. Other colours at some point would be nice to make it easier to identify which one is yours. The provided charging cable is well about a couple of inches! Not an issue for me as I have loads of C charging cables around the home. The pods seem to be great quality and the flavours are in my opinion fantastic, just like the real thing. You do feel like you're vaping a standard vape. Going forward, more flavours would be nice but I'm sure that is something you are already developing. 5* from me..... I'm impressed.
