Welcome to Nonica! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

  • These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales and services provided by Nonica through our website.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.


2. Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

  • All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

  • Payments are processed securely via Opayo, Super Payments, and Klarna (specific terms apply). We do not store or process payment details directly - all transactions are handled through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers.


3. Pricing and Promotions

  • All prices on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders.

  • Promotional codes and discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied to completed purchases.


4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via DPD Next-Day Service (Monday - Friday).
  • Orders placed before 14:00 are dispatched the same day, subject to availability.
  • Delivery charges will be provided at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • You may return unopened products within 14 days under our ‘no quibble’ guarantee.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened products unless they are faulty.

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days once the returned items have been inspected.


6. Warranty

  • Nonica Smart Mist diffusers come with a 2-month warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Boost Pods are covered by our Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) policy and will be replaced if found defective upon delivery.

  • If a diffuser or Boost Pod fails within the warranty period, please contact us for support.


7. Use of the Website

  • You agree to use our website lawfully and not for fraudulent or malicious activities.

  • We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms or misuse our services.


8. Privacy and Security

  • Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal data.

  • Our website is secured through our ecommerce partner and Cloudflare to ensure data protection.


9. Liability

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
