Nonica Smart Mist diffusers come with a 2-month warranty from the date of purchase. Boost Pods are covered by our Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) policy—if a pod doesn’t work upon delivery, we’ll replace it for free.

We also offer a 14-day ‘no quibble’ guarantee for unopened products. If your diffuser or Boost Pods are returned **unopened and in their original packaging** within 14 days, you’re eligible for a refund or exchange.

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened diffusers or pods under this guarantee. However, if your diffuser or Boost Pods stop working, just get in touch—we’re happy to help! Email us at hello@wearenonica.co.uk.
