Nonica Smart Mist diffusers come with a 2-month warranty from the date of purchase. Boost Pods are covered by our Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) policy—if a pod doesn’t work upon delivery, we’ll replace it for free.

We also offer a 14-day ‘no quibble’ guarantee for unopened products. If your diffuser or Boost Pods are returned **unopened and in their original packaging** within 14 days, you’re eligible for a refund or exchange.
