UK Delivery
At nonica, we offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 for UK orders which qualify for free shipping. If you place your order before 14:00 (Mon-Fri), we will typically dispatch it the same day, with exceptions during busy periods or due to specific order requirements.
Delivery Information
- Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 for UK orders over £20 or with any qualifying purchase.
- Orders placed before 14:00 (Mon - Fri) typically dispatch the same day, but delays may occur during high-demand periods.
- DPD Next Day service is also available as an upgrade option. This is a next business day service (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
- Tracking numbers are provided in your order confirmation email.

Potential Delivery Delays
Please be aware that Royal Mail and DPD may experience delivery delays during peak shopping periods, such as Black Friday week and the run-up to Christmas.

Order Statuses
Once you place an order with nonica, it will move through the following statuses:
Awaiting Fulfilment – Your order has been received and is being processed.
Dispatched – Your order has been sent out for delivery.
Refunded – Your order has been refunded.
Partially Refunded – Part of your order has been refunded.
Cancelled – Your order has been cancelled.
You can check your order status in the My Account section.
Late Deliveries & Lost Parcels
If your order is taking longer than expected, please follow these steps:
- Check that the delivery address on your order confirmation is correct.
- Use your tracking number to check if delivery was attempted.
- Contact us for assistance with missing parcels. Royal Mail & DPD require 10 working days post-expected delivery to process loss claims.
nonica is not responsible for postal network delays, but we will always do our best to support you in resolving delivery issues.
